GOA, GOC to host Career Transition Workshop for Ghanaian Athletes in Accra

The Ghana Olympians Association (GOA), in partnership with the Ghana Olympic Committee (GOC) and the GOC Athletes Commission (GOC-AC), is set to empower Ghanaian sportsmen and sportswomen through a career transition workshop in Accra titled “The End is the Beginning.”

The initiative is aimed at preparing athletes for life beyond competitive sport, with a focus on turning the often-challenging transition phase into a springboard for post-sport professional success.

The workshop will take place at the Media Centre of the Accra Sports Stadium on Monday, January 5, 2025.

Participants will include members of the Ghana Olympians Association, the GOC Athletes Commission, as well as athletes drawn from selected sports federations across the country.
